On the margin: "because of what Aqa Muhammad ‘Ali owed to his wife according to their marriage contract and the above settlement, he settled half of the land located at Ab Payin Marbanan, known as Shah Safi Allah Garden, to Khanum Bibi for twenty two tumans and ten loads of wheat."

The inheritors include: his oldest son, Muhammad Hasan, his daughters, Karbalayi Javahir, Karbalayi Sahib, Kishvar, Khadijah, Farkhundah, and Rubabah (with their husbands' permission), his permanent wives, Karbalayi Shahr Banu, Karbalayi Mihr Banu, Sahib Sultan, and Shaykh Ziya’ al-Din on behalf of his two underaged children.
